This position is responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment, assisting with patient flow, and supporting procedural readiness. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer and direct phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and address needs promptly Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, including cleaning, stocking, and room turnover Assist with patient flow to and from procedure rooms Support patient positioning and care within scope of practice Pull and stage case materials in designated areas Maintain accurate documentation and assist with administrative duties as needed Follow aseptic and sterile techniques in all applicable procedures Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and infection control standards Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and patient experience Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced clinical environment Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required BLS certification required Completion of Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Patient Care Technician (PCT) training program Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred Skills & Competencies Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skillsAttention to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting What We Offer: As an organization, one way we care for our communities and each other is by providing a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage Life and AD&D coverage Availability of short- and long-term disability Flexible financial benefits including FSAs and HSAs 401(k) and access to retirement planning Paid holidays and vacation Who We Are: At USPI, we create relationships that create better care.
