The opportunities are endless.Job Summary: MD Landscaping is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team as a Landscape Construction Crew Member. The Construction Crew Member supports the installation and maintenance of high-quality landscape projects under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Assist with daily landscape construction and maintenance tasks.Install hardscapes, softscapes, and site features according to plans and direction.Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and properly.Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Communicate effectively with Foreman and teammates.Support training and development by learning new skills.QualificationsPrevious landscape construction experience preferred, but not requiredWillingness to learn and follow directionBasic knowledge of tools, materials, and job site safety (or willingness to learn)Strong work ethic and dependable attendanceExperience with Aspire Software is a plusValid driver's license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferredAbility to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionallyAbility to work effectively in a team environmentReliable transportation to and from the officeProlonged periods standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squattingWillingness to work in all seasonal and environmental conditionsExcellent hand-eye coordinationThe Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
