Corporate Controller | Multi-Brand Franchise Platform | South Florida (Hybrid) A private equity-backed, multi-brand franchisor in the flexible workspace industry is hiring a Corporate Controller. The company operates across 10 countries with approximately 230 locations, the majority franchisee-owned, and is scaling through franchise growth, brand expansion, and M&A. This is a hands-on role owning accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls for a multi-entity, multi-national platform. You'll report directly to the CFO and be a builder in a lean, fast-moving environment. What you own: Monthly, quarterly, and annual close across all entities and brands Consolidated GAAP financial statements, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation across 10 countries AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, commissions, and royalty/franchise fee billing and collections Board and investor-ready financial packages, KPIs, and variance analysis for PE sponsor reporting EBITDA add-backs, budget-to-actual reporting, and quality-of-earnings support for M&A activity Royalty accounting, brand/marketing fund accounting, and FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) compliance Internal controls design and implementation appropriate for a PE-backed, multi-entity organization Sage accounting systems administration and process automation Team leadership as the accounting function scales What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience Direct experience in a PE-backed company, including sponsor reporting, board packages, and covenant compliance Hands-on experience with Sage accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred) Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience; international operations experience strongly preferred Franchise business model experience, including royalty accounting and franchisee financial reporting (FDD experience a plus) Ability to work independently in a lean corporate finance environment Strong GAAP technical knowledge; public company or Big 4/regional audit background a plus Based in or willing to relocate to South Florida (West Palm Beach) Compensation: Base salary up to $175,000, plus performance bonus and benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Finatal
