Program Administrator For The Aquatics DepartmentThe YMCA of Central Texas is seeking talented and creative individuals to join our team as a Program Administrator for the Aquatics Department at the Waco Family YMCA.The Program Administrator will provide general support for the Aquatics Department and will interact with employees, management, members, and other business associates in an outgoing, courteous manner.This role works Part Time hours.Primary Responsibilities:Act as primary contact/respondent for related emails and voicemailsVerify program registration formsAssist with program registration forms, rosters, updating scores in tracking system, and provide weekly program registration reportsAssist with distribution of supplies, equipment, etc. as necessaryAssist with senior engagement as necessaryHelp with clerical work as neededAssist with onsite program staffing as neededAssist with staff schedulingAssist with staff recruitment, interviews, and schedulingSkills/Knowledge/Abilities:High school diploma or GED requiredKnowledge/experience in AquaticsCollege degree preferredMust possess excellent customer service skillsExceptional human relations and motivational skillsAbility to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions and perceptionsPay Rate: $18 to $22/hour DOEAbout Us: We are a not-for-profit services Association focusing on mission driven initiatives, with a vision of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities throughout 7 Texas Counties.
