Respiratory Therapist Lead

TriStar Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Lead to coordinate daily respiratory care services across our acute care units. In this role, you will provide advanced bedside respiratory care, manage complex ventilator patients, and serve as a clinical resource to therapists and nursing staff. You will help oversee assignments, support protocol-driven, evidence-based practice, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The Lead collaborates closely with physicians, mentors staff, assists with education and onboarding, and promotes a patient-first culture in a fast-paced hospital environment.
