Job Description The primary function of this position is to develop and lead marketing initiatives in direct alignment with business development goals. This role is responsible for brand positioning, RFP/RFQ leadership, digital and social media strategy, content development, and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance market research and competitive positioning. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting pursuit strategy, increasing visibility, and driving revenue growth. Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Business Development Alignment Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth and pursuit objectives. Manage brand consistency across all platforms and materials. Identify target markets and support relationship-building efforts with the Director of Business Development. Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve engagement and ROI. Utilize AI tools for market research, industry analysis, competitor insights, and client intelligence. Support go/no-go decisions with data-driven analysis and predictive insights. Implement automation tools to streamline workflows and CRM tracking. Lead preparation and submission of all RFP/RFQ responses. Collaborate with project teams to develop compelling narratives, visuals, and interview materials. Maintain proposal templates, project sheets, and qualifications packages. Ensure submissions are strategic, compliant, and delivered on time. Digital & Social Media Management Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business development goals. Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and digital platforms. Capture and edit project photography and video to showcase company capabilities. Design marketing materials including brochures, signage, sponsorship assets, and digital campaigns. Oversee website updates and SEO optimization. Monitor analytics and optimize content to grow brand visibility and engagement. Communications & Industry Engagement Develop newsletters, press releases, and external communications. Support industry events, sponsorships, and client engagement initiatives. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's and President's direction. Position Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial construction. Demonstrated experience leading RFP/RFQ responses and proposal development. Strong digital, social media, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software. Experience with CRM systems, SEO, digital analytics, and AI tools. Exceptional writing, design, and organizational skills. Must have ability to plan own work schedule. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Ability to convey information and ideas clearly to individuals in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. Proven leadership skills, able to seek creative ways of doing things, able to support others to achieve goals and take charge when appropriate. Acts as a role model within and outside the company. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field. Performance Expectations High-quality, timely proposal submissions.
