Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Pulmonary Rehabilitation team at Adira Nursing and Rehab in Saginaw, Michigan. As an RRT, you will play a vital role in helping patients manage chronic respiratory conditions and improve their overall health and well-being. Responsibilities:

• Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with chronic respiratory diseases

• Work closely with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory interventions

• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and independence

• Operate and maintain pulmonary function testing equipment, as well as other respiratory therapy devices and equipment

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Document patient data and treatment plans accurately and effectively

Requirements:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
