As an Administrative Specialist, you'll provide essential operational and administrative support to client service professionals across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and follow-through and who finds purpose in helping teams meet deadlines and deliver work that makes a real impact for clients in the food and agriculture industry.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our team in Chico, CA. - Support client service professionals with administrative tasks, such as drafting letters, running reports, communicating with clients, and scanning documents for filing or processing
- Monitor reports and follow up with clients to ensure that returns are filed on time
- Manage front desk reception, answering phones, and directing calls for multiple locations
- Provide administrative support by executing scanning and autoflow tasks, maintaining cleanliness and stock in break rooms, and organizing and managing files efficiently
- Prepare and meter postal mail
- Schedule and organize office meetings, including making catering arrangements, set up and cleanups
- Serve as a support role in finalizing professional documents to be delivered to clients
- Other administrative or firm tasks based upon interest and need
- Comfortability navigating new technology tools and demonstrated proficiency in MS Windows, Adobe and Office suite. The role requires the ability to quickly grasp and become proficient in a variety of software applications relevant to the position. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.

Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
