Job Duties Start Date: Mar 20, 2026 End Date: Dec 18, 2026 48 hours per week, Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Must Apply By: Aug 4, 2026 Perform duties including driving and operating farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach and operate farm implements such as plows, discs, and drills to tractors. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, and farm workers, and tow harvesting equipment as needed. Operate self-propelled combines. Work involves farming operations related to corn and soybeans. Minimum Education Required None Minimum Experience Required This position requires a minimum of three (3) months of verifiable experience performing the job duties listed. Workers must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding job duties associated with the position. Workers must be able to speak and understand English. Workers must comply with all employer policies, biosecurity protocols, food safety standards, and applicable health and safety regulations, and must follow work instructions, attendance requirements, and assigned work schedules. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer. Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
