Weather Shield Roofing Systems is growing, and we're looking for a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout Tennessee. What You'll Do Develop and grow new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Tennessee. Build lasting relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, consultants, and general contractors. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. Manage opportunities from first conversation through project completion. Partner closely with operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Continue growing existing customer relationships while identifying additional opportunities. Represent Weather Shield professionally and uphold our reputation in every interaction. What We're Looking For Proven success in B2B sales with a track record of developing new business. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Self-motivated with exceptional organization and follow-through. Comfortable managing complex sales opportunities. Experience in commercial roofing, construction, facilities, or related industries is a plus, but not required. CRM Experience.
