Recognized with three national awards for unit design, Kern ICU offers a supportive environment and specializes in renal transplants, cardiogenic shock, strokes, and organ procurement.Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN): You will provide top-notch patient care in a collaborative environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compassion. Work with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans and make a lasting impact on patients' health.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct, compassionate patient care while adhering to Legacy Health's high standards for patient assessment, care delivery, and transfer.Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for every patient.Advocate for patients by offering education and emotional support, helping them navigate their health journeys.Leverage cutting-edge electronic health systems to accurately document patient information and provide seamless care.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Education:Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred. If you're working towards your BSN, we encourage you to apply!For certain roles, a BSN is required.
