Schedule : Monday through Friday, Full Time, Exempt Position

Qualifications

Education : High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience : Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office required.
Preferred Experience : 2 or more years' experience in a physician or medical office preferred. Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Preferred Knowledge: Knowledge of managed care billing practices preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire clinic staff , ensuring smooth daytoday operations, optimal team performance, and a supportive work environment.

• Champion operational excellence by ensuring all clinical, technical, and administrative processes align with Mercy's standards and regulatory requirements.

• Partner closely with physicians to support their workflow, enhance satisfaction, and remove barriers to outstanding patient care.

• Elevate the patient experience through intentional process improvements, servicefirst culture building, and a commitment to quality.

• Drive performance outcomes in areas such as coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and financial stewardship.

• Collaborate with senior leadership -including the Director or VP of Operations-to advance strategic initiatives and strengthen overall business performance.

• Embrace continuous improvement , taking ownership of opportunities that enhance efficiency, care delivery, and team success.
