Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Additional education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams

Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a Logistics Clerk, Logistics Coordinator, or Supply Chain role required Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar order management systems preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience working with transportation providers, warehouses, and customers Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Duties Schedule customer orders accurately and efficiently Enter and maintain customer orders and data within company systems Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding scheduling and order status Maintain customer databases and order records Manage assigned trailer pools and transportation schedules Coordinate deliveries with customers, warehouses, and carriers Maintain organized filing systems and shipping documentation Resolve scheduling conflicts and shipment issues Monitor delivery timelines and ensure customer requirements are met Provide outstanding customer service while supporting daily logistics operations Physical Capabilities Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods Frequent phone, email, and system-based communication Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
