Description

Seeking an experienced IT support professional to provide hands-on and remote technical support in a corporate environment. This role will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows and Mac devices, and participating in device and technology projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of desktop support or technical support experience
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments
• Hands-on experience with device deployments and migrations
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 preferred

This is an onsite opportunity supporting end users in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable handling multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer support.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
