Clinical Resource Nurse (RN)Immediate need for a talented Clinical Resource Nurse (RN). This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Sandy Springs, GA (Onsite). Pay Range: $44 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Manage patient callback queues related to laboratory results.Make outbound calls to communicate lab results and provider messages.Clarify information and instructions provided by clinicians.Receive patient questions and relay them to the appropriate provider.Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.Work through callback backlogs and maintain timely follow-up.Document communications accurately according to organizational procedures.Maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable policies.Support efficient workflow within centralized clinical services.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Active Georgia RN License – RequiredAHA BLS Certification – RequiredPrevious travel experience required.Strong telephone communication and patient-service skills.Ability to manage callback queues and follow-up tasks efficiently.Comfortable working in a centralized, non-bedside clinical role.
