Job Overview Always Compassionate Home Care (ACC) is hiring Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists in the White Plains area. This is a per diem 1099 position providing home‑based care for pediatric patients. The role requires a therapist license and registration, BLS certification, and related medical qualifications. Responsibilities Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living Implement specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition Develop a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to stand/work for extended periods Additional responsibilities as required Qualifications At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients Therapist license and registration BLS from American Heart Association Physical and QuantiFERON within one year MMR Titers within 10 years Malpractice insurance

• 75 for 30 min visit
• 85 for 45 min visit
• 100 for 1 hour visit
• 150 for group of 3 or more
