Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior IP Litigation Associate in Boynton Beach, FL. They will work collaboratively on strategic case development and client interactions. Duties Participate in patent litigation in U.S. District Court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Conduct case analyses and perform factual and legal research. Draft pleadings and participate in discovery processes. Research and draft motions and claim construction briefs. Engage in pre-trial and trial activities. Requirements 20 years of significant patent litigation experience. Experience with depositions and expert discovery. Excellent writing skills. Education Undergraduate or Master's degree in electrical engineering. High level of academic achievement from a law school institution. Certifications FL Bar admission.
