Front Bar Receptionist

The FACE FOUNDRIÉ at Fenton in Cary, NC, is owned by the franchisee owner and will be the first of at least three in the Raleigh, Cary, and Durham markets within the next few years. The Fenton location is estimated to open in May/June 2023 and will be the flagship store for the area. Help create, cultivate, and promote a positive, upbeat facial bar. The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette, and product and service recommendations. As a Front Bar Receptionist, you will perform the following critical functions. Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ. Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager. Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products. Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low. Assist in all in-store operational processes. Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times. Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures. Attend mandatory training and team meetings. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure board compliance. Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
