You will create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards. This role demonstrates foundational autonomy and contributes to customer satisfaction and store performance. Be the Go-To Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions. Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected. Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals. Salary and Benefits Annual Fixed Remuneration: $71,330 per year* *Junior Rates apply for those under 20 years of age.
