Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, understand, and complete production, inspection, and quality control paperwork. Basic math and counting skills required for tracking production quantities and defects. Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, quality inspection, or warehouse operations preferred. Experience performing visual quality inspections and identifying product defects in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently while inspecting and sorting high volumes of product. Dependable attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately document inspection results. Experience with plastic products, packaging operations, or quality control processes is a plus. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 40 pounds. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to work at a consistent pace while maintaining quality standards. Ability to perform repetitive inspection and packaging tasks throughout the workday. Job Duties Inspect plastic products from multiple production lines to identify quality defects and ensure compliance with company standards. Package finished products accurately and efficiently at the end of the production line. Sort, separate, and classify cartons of products based on specific quality requirements and defect criteria. Maintain accurate inspection and production records by completing required quality control documentation. Meet established productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Follow training and quality procedures to quickly identify defects and process products efficiently. Assist with quality containment activities, product rework, and special inspection projects as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety guidelines.
