Responsibilities Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager/Associate Store Manager, including store opening/closing, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring safe working conditions. Lead and advise the sales team with a goal-driven approach. Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and goal achievement. Maintain training standards; ensure the team has product and system expertise. Improve store operations and customer experience. Align product and promotion schedules with Casper's online presence and initiatives. Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and replenishment. Create unique retail experiences to reinvent retail. Ideal Candidate 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing role. Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop talent, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of service excellence in a consumer setting. Excellent communication skills and influence. Curious, problem-solving mindset with optimism. Financial management experience preferred. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
