Driver / Laborer

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring drivers (no CDL required). What We Offer Starting pay: $20/hour plus tips. Opportunities to earn additional pay through optional interstate moves or overtime hours. Shift Information: Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday. All employees are trained on safe lifting and moving techniques. CDL NOT REQUIRED What You’ll Do Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises. Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers’ belongings. Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck. Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection. Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck. What We’re Looking For Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions. Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc. Strong problem-solving ability. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, manufacturing, production, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful.
