Data Annotator / Data Labeling Specialist

Required Skills 10+ years of experience in Data Annotation / Data Labeling. Knowledge of Agile concepts and CI/CD processes. Experience with annotation tools such as Labelbox, CVAT, VGG, etc. Familiarity with image annotation, NLP labeling, and data categorization. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow annotation guidelines accurately. Roles & Responsibilities Annotate text, image, audio, and structured data as per project guidelines. Ensure consistency in taxonomy, labeling standards, and data quality. Perform QA checks, identify edge cases, and support guideline improvements. Meet productivity and accuracy SLAs. Participate in calibration sessions and incorporate QA feedback. Document annotation decisions and maintain quality standards. Handle confidential data in compliance with security policies. Track progress and quality metrics through dashboards. Collaborate with ML engineers and domain experts on labeling frameworks. Support dataset curation, filtering, deduplication, and metadata tagging. Generic Managerial Skills Strong communication, collaboration, and team management skills.
