Occupational Therapist - Float

Role Overview: The float Occupational Therapist plans and executes treatment programs for patients across all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, in various clinical settings including inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, and neurologic rehabilitation. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide coverage across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on accepted practices and principles. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide coverage across different departments as needed, including acute inpatient and outpatient services. Qualifications & Skills Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Doctorate (OTD) or Master's (MOT) in Occupational Therapy preferred. Relevant education accepted for candidates prior to 2007. Experience: Preferred one year of clinical experience. Certifications/Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days; Licensed Occupational Therapist from the applicable licensing board. #J-18808-Ljbffr
