We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, assembling products, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. The role requires collaboration with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to work instructions.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or defects to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards.
• Assist with material handling and general production support.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with production lines, loading, picking/packing, and manufacturing.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of MOUNT STERLING, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
