Maintenance Technician, Manufacturing

Maintenance Technician, 2nd Shift 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday - Friday, Direct Hire.

It'll Be Pizza, LLC - Scarborough, ME.

It’ll Be Pizza , a frozen pizza dough manufacturing facility is ready to hire a 2nd shift maintenance technician with experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, gas, or other related industries. This position will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of bakery/dough manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. Salary based on experience.

Requirements:

• Experience with bakery equipment, conveyors, and mixers is a plus.
• Competitive pay based on experience and current licenses.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with computers.

Responsibilities - we will train you:

• Preventative Maintenance of plant equipment.
• Equipment Repair.
• Mechanical Troubleshooting.
• Building Repair.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach constantly throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to work a fluctuating schedule.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Stamina to work 40+ hours per week.

It’ll Be Pizza makes numerous flavored pizza doughs along with par-baked shells, flatbreads and a Gluten Free division. Our products are sold nationally through our wholesale distribution partners and retail supermarket accounts.
