Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor and Delivery unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Circulate during obstetric procedures as required by unit needs
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using Epic electronic health records
• Adapt to unit scheduling needs, including weekend assignments as required

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered California RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience
• Must have prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers will not be considered)
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required
• Ability to circulate during obstetric cases
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
• Experience in large acute care hospital settings highly preferred
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
