Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous outpatient experience preferred
• Experience with dual booking follow-up visits
• Flexibility to float between clinics and adapt to varying patient needs

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant license in Maryland or eligible for licensure
• New graduates are welcome to apply, with strong mentorship support
• Prior outpatient experience is a plus but not required

Other Requirements:

• Outpatient care experience is preferred; new grads considered if motivated and dedicated
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; 36 guaranteed hours
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits/week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed
• Patient population includes diverse outpatient cases; ability to manage a high-volume schedule
