Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

Assembly Worker to join our production team. This role is crucial for the precise assembly of cable components, contributing to our overall manufacturing process. If you possess strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble various cable components according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
• Perform repetitive tasks with consistency, precision, and adherence to production standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Inspect assembled components for quality, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.

Work Environment:

• Non-Climate Controlled facility
• Clean and Organized production area

Assembly Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand comfortably for extended periods, typically 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Capable of safely lifting and moving materials weighing up to 35 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent use of hands for pinch gripping, grasping, and performing repetitive motions.

Qualifications:

• Required Skills: Demonstrated experience in assembly work.
• Preferred Skills: Prior experience as a Production Line Worker in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
