- 10+ years of IT, QA, UAT, or Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and traceability matrices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and defect tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Health Insurance Exchange (HIX), ACA Marketplace, or State-Based Marketplace (SBM/SBM-FP).
- Knowledge of eligibility, enrollment, Medicaid integration, MAGI rules, account transfers, and Marketplace operations.
- Experience supporting integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG), security, and performance testing.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. and work remotely from within the United States.
