We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing continued growth and seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This firm is known for its collaborative people-first culture strong leadership and commitment to developing its professionals.

What Youll Do

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
Oversee client engagements ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships
Stay current on industry trends and best practices

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
5 years of public accounting or related experience
Experience reviewing financials and managing client engagements
Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting CS or similar tools
Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
