Base pay range $123,219.00/yr - $165,838.00/yr Job Summary The Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) is responsible for supporting the Director in leading the Emergency and Intensive Care Services Departments. This includes leadership, clinical oversight, financial management, and human resources. The role involves planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices aligned with the hospital's mission. The Clinical Manager demonstrates critical thinking, technical skills, integrity, and compassionate care, serving as a role model and overseeing all departmental functions. Additional duties are performed as required.
