Employment Type Part-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Local Anesthesia Certification Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: Patient Care & Treatment Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Take and review dental X-rays for diagnosis Apply fluoride treatments and sealants Administer local anesthesia (if certified) Patient Education & Communication Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Provide guidance on nutrition and its impact on oral health Explain treatment plans and procedures clearly Clinical Support & Documentation Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes Assist the dentist during procedures as needed Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Benefits 401(k) Dental Coverage Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM About the Practice Name: Seneca Smiles Location: 293 S Main Str., Seneca, IL 61360
