Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, locations, and roadside assistance availability.
• Record customer requests and details accurately in the company's system.
• Coordinate with service locations and dispatch teams to ensure timely response to customer needs.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.

Schedule Requirements

• 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday; 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Skills / Education / Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with call center or dispatch systems preferred.
