Talent Acquisition Support (Coordination-Focused)Work Schedule: 8:30 am - 5 pm, 30 minute lunch (we ask for all to be flexible as we continue to grow)This is not a direct recruiting role and does not include candidate sourcing or requisition ownership. Instead, this position plays a critical role in ensuring interview coordination, candidate flow, pre-employment compliance, and onboarding readiness are executed efficiently to support aggressive hiring targets. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy a fast pace, high impact work, and keeping complex processes organized and moving forward.Job DescriptionCoordinate recruiting activities in partnership with designated RPO provider; this role does not perform sourcing or direct recruitingSupport end-to-end interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate flow managementPartner with interview teams to drive timely and effective hiring decisionsMaintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready interview documentationEnsure candidate evaluations align with defined role requirements and established hiring criteriaMonitor staffing plans, including backfills, to ensure alignment with ramp targets and forecasted hiring needsServe as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the scheduling and pre-start processProvide clear communication on interview logistics, next steps, and onboarding requirementsSupport offer coordination and handoffs in partnership with the RPO and HR teamEnsure a consistent, positive, and timely candidate experienceTrack, monitor, and drive completion of all pre-employment requirements, including:Drug screeningsBackground checksEmployment eligibility documentation (Form I-9 and supporting documentation)Follow up with candidates to resolve missing or incomplete onboarding requirementsMaintain accurate onboarding and compliance status records in designated systemsManage onboarding workflows in alignment with policies and proceduresEnsure all required onboarding documentation is completed prior to orientationCoordinate onboarding timelines to align with scheduled orientation sessionsEscalate risks, delays, or compliance issues to leadership as neededTrack hiring progress against staffing plans and ramp targetsSupport reporting related to hiring readiness, onboarding status, and candidate flowIdentify risks, delays, or bottlenecks impacting hiring timelinesParticipate in regular hiring reviews and operational check-insRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Clear, professional communication and relationship-building ability.Preferred QualificationsManufacturing or hourly workforce recruiting experience.Experience using an ATS or HRIS system.Ability to support multiple requisitions simultaneously. eShocan
