Program Manager III

Description JD according to KOC Strategic Initiatives Program Manager (L&D Focus)
- Duration: Strategic contract (Potential to extend into 2027)
- Lead high-priority strategic programs (e.g., expert model transitions, new L&D delivery motions).
- Establish program frameworks, governance, charters, objectives, key success metrics, and work-back plans.
- Represent L&D interests within larger enterprise cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, instructional designers, and delivery platforms to execute complex programs on time.
- Proven track record in Program Management or Strategic PMO execution without relying on a pre-existing playbook.
- Deep familiarity with Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem components (instructional design, delivery mechanisms, learning platforms).
- Adaptable to multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Lean, Hybrid) based on broader initiative requirements.
- Strong cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management skills.
- Note: Off-hours global shift coverage is not required for India-based operational programs.
