In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects on scope, on budget, on schedule, and in alignment with quality expectations while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving successful technology initiatives.**Responsibilities*** Lead the full project lifecycle from project definition, planning, execution, monitoring, through implementation and closure* Own project scope, schedule, cost, and quality measures to ensure successful delivery* Develop detailed project plans and drive key milestones across multiple workstreams* Establish and maintain effective communication plans for project teams, stakeholders, and leadership* Provide day-to-day direction, coordination, and support to project resources* Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle* Ensure effective change management practices are implemented to support project success* Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, budgets, and related deliverables* Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution* Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen project delivery practices across IT initiatives**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience* Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects and initiatives in a complex business environment* Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management* Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, manage milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities* Experience preparing project documentation, status reporting, and budget tracking* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word* Ability to lead with sound judgment, adaptability, and a strong sense of accountability.The base salary range for this position is $92,250 to $120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
