Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.14 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors entering restricted healthcare and laboratory areas. Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access-related records in accordance with site procedures and applicable privacy requirements. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, surrounding areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
