Stacker

Duration: 3 months Pay Rate: $20.57/hour Shift: 2:30PM-10:30PM Job description This is a physically demanding, hands-on production role. Candidates must be able to perform repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and other manual tasks throughout their shift. The Stacker is responsible for inspecting and packing products from production lines, stacking products onto pallets according to specifications, and preparing pallets for transportation and storage. This role also supports production operations by maintaining a clean work area, following all safety procedures, and assisting team members as needed. Responsibilities: Inspect, stack, and pack products according to production and customer specifications. Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Periodically inspect products using required measuring and inspection tools. Complete production, quality, and product identification documentation accurately. Communicate with production team members regarding order status, product construction, and quality concerns. Assist with strapping pallets, moving pallets using pallet jacks, and clearing work areas. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing scrap material and debris. Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in workplace safety initiatives. Support production line operations and assist other team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required skills High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication and listening skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Preferred skills Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience. Experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with pallet jacks and palletizing processes. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
