Red Cross Training (re-certification classes in May and as necessary later in the season to accommodate all staff needing re-certification, and potentially certification),track/verify certifications of employees, notifying guards when they need re-certification,working with managers to have each pool complete in-services, one each in June and July, to brush up on guarding skills,Audit pools on a regular basis for safety and trainingOrganizing a pre-season managers' prep meeting; andWorking with General Managers to organize pre-season Staff meetings, and monthly staff meetings at the pools.General supervision/problem solving responsibilities include:Pool visits approximatly a third of the days during the season primarily to monitor and assess lifeguard and pool manager issues.Talking with lifeguards and pool managers to assess skills and needs of staff relative to lifeguarding and daily responsibilities.working with guards to answer questions, correct problems and help problem solve as necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr A&b Pool Services Llc
