Software Developer - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Position Overview Software Developer – Architect, Design, and Build a new web application to replace an existing COTS product for managing facilities projects, supporting government activities at Chantilly, VA. Location & Schedule Chantilly, VA (On Customer Site). 40 hours per week, Travel Less than 10% . Telecommuting available onsite only. Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop a high‑visibility web application to manage facilities projects. Collaborate with a small, energetic team to deliver complex IT solutions and outstanding customer service. Build and maintain REST web services using Spring/SpringBoot and Java (or equivalent .NET/C#). Implement front‑end interfaces using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue, along with Bootstrap or MaterialUI. Design and maintain relational database schemas in PostgreSQL or MySQL. Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes. Deploy and manage web applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS). Apply Agile development practices throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications 5+ years of related experience in software development. Proficiency in Java, Spring/SpringBoot, and web services. Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) and modern front‑end libraries. Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database migration tools such as Flyway or Liquibase. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills. U.S. citizenship required. Desired Skills Integration with enterprise IT services and customer systems. SQL and CSS development. AWS certification. Experience with SpringJPA and SpringSecurity. Clearance Top Secret SCI with Polygraph (current). Ability to obtain the same clearance required.
