About this role As a Rheumatologist you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will practice two days a week at Cottonwood Clinic and two days a week in West Valley Outpatient role with Infusion Center oversight Schedule: 4 - 10 hr. days, must work Friday's Practice Call 1: 6 weeks How we'll support you We care about your wellbeing which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package. Compensation Annual Base: $330,000.00 + wRVU productivity Quality/Value Incentive: $20,000.00 Starting Bonus: $30,000.00 Fellowship Stipend: $1,500.00 per month up to 2 years Relocation: up to $20,000.00 if eligible What you'll bring MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine Residency training in Internal Medicine Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis Location Cottonwood Medical Clinic, Murray, Utah Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 hours per week Hourly Range $7.25 - $999.99 (actual hourly rate dependent upon experience).
