·WFM (Aspect, Verint), Linux, Windows W2K12, DB (Oracle), UIP Desktop SDK
·Platform Dev Ops engineer working on a team that will implement a Back Office Workforce system. Multiple interfaces to systems of record and a workforce management platform will need to be written, in addition to standing up the platform.
