Job Description

Direct all field operations from mobilisation through close-out. Build and manage detailed schedules, labour plans, and site logistics. Lead subcontractors and self-perform crews to meet quality and safety goals. Track progress and costs, resolving issues before they impact delivery. Act as the on-site leader for clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: 8-12 years of superintendent experience on large commercial projects. Background in K-12, industrial, or healthcare environments. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety standards. Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior supervisors. Local market experience with long-term project ownership.
