Physical Therapist Assistants are needed for an immediate contract opportunity serving students in a dynamic educational environment near Goodlettsville, TN. In this position, you will play an important role supporting physical therapy services throughout a well-established school district, working in tandem with a licensed Physical Therapist. This full-time contract is ideal for professionals eager to make a direct impact on children’s day-to-day academic experience across multiple schools in the district.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct physical therapy interventions to students, under supervision of the district Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and support therapy goals focused on improving student mobility and independence
• Help maintain detailed documentation of services and student progress
• Travel regularly to a variety of school sites in the district, working as needed district-wide
• Collaborate closely with school teams, including special education and other related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and support IEP-related documentation, as required

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee license (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Previous experience with school-based or pediatric populations preferred, but not a must
• Consistent and reliable transportation for travel between school locations
• Organized, flexible, and able to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary school staff
• Strong team spirit, with a commitment to student success
