Hy-Vee - - Responsibilities: Sets department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance and profitability.; Recruits, hires, trains, supervises, disciplines, and evaluates department staff.; Determines department goals with store director and manages weekly schedules and daily work plans.; Monitors merchandise displays, pricing, and inventory; ensures freshness and proper storage procedures.; Responds to customer issues and ensures a positive shopping experience.
