Robotics-Focused General Urology Opportunity in Mississippi!

An established urology practice in Mississippi is looking to expand its growing urology team! Serving the population across East Mississippi and West Alabama, this opportunity allows the incoming urologist to step into sustained demand and a strong referral base. This position is well suited for a general urologist with interest or experience in robotic surgery. Whether you're an experienced physician or new grad, this practice offers access to modern technology within a community-focused environment that prioritizes high quality care.

• 260-bed hospital
• Level III Trauma Center
• On-site MRI and CT imaging

Practice Highlights

• Autonomy to develop practice to subspecialty interests (stones, oncology, female urology, etc.)
• 24/7 hospitalist coverage
• Dedicated APP Support assisting with clinic and hospital rounding (3 total AAPs)
• Shared call coverage averaging approximately 10 days per month (2 weekdays per week and 1 weekend per month)
• Two daVinci robots and on-site interventional Radiology
• State-of-the-art Cancer Center on-site with 4 Hematologists/Oncologists & Radiation Oncology
• Dedicated cysto suite, table, and X-Ray tech
• Comprehensive procedural mix including robotic surgery, MRI fusion biopsies, stone disease management (ESWL, PCNL, ureteroscopy), nephrectomies, UroLift, laser procedures, endourology, and general urologic surgery
• Dedicated OR access with an established robotic surgery program and a commitment to supporting continued surgical growth
