Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver all-encompassing, interdisciplinary care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families effective therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing improvement in the home setting.
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay aligned with their goals.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications.

Licensure and Certification

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
