Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Starting Wage $13.25 - $15.25 (hourly) Job Title Retail Inventory Associate – Driver Job Overview This role is for people who enjoy structure, working on their feet, and turning focus and stamina into results. As an Inventory Specialist, you will handle driving, inventory counting, and ensuring accurate records. The more you are available, the more you can earn! Responsibilities Transport team members safely to and from inventory events in a timely manner. Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements. Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often standing or walking for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and achieve productivity‑based wage increases. Uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. Team Requirements At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver (or 18 for personal vehicle use). Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales representative, driver, or warehouse work is preferred. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfortable with handheld scanners and count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license in state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months. At least three (3) years proven driving experience. Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check. Familiar with GPS devices for navigation. Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights. Working Conditions Stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking. Use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions. Frequent low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching. Use of ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
