To deliver these strategically critical programmes, we are recruiting an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in large‑scale capital builds, factory construction, and R&D facility development. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of major capital projects , from concept design through to commissioning and handover. Oversee civil, structural, and construction activities for new‑build facilities. Manage contractors, engineering partners, architects, and specialist vendors. Ensure all works meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards across food manufacturing and R&D environments. Drive project governance , reporting, risk management, and budget control . Coordinate internal stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Executive teams . Deliver projects on time , on budget, and to specification. About You Strong background in civil engineering, new‑build construction, and factory or R&D facility development . Demonstrable success delivering complex builds within food manufacturing, FMCG, agritech, biotech, or R&D environments. Skilled in contractor management , project controls, commissioning, and operational readiness. Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. Fully mobile and willing to relocate to the United States for the duration of the programme. Ambitious, delivery‑focused, and motivated by high‑impact, transformative projects.
